So what is the difference between Terrorism and Militarism?
Nothing! In fact, both are two sides of a coin and the definition change depending on which side you are with.

Surely terrorists are using different things to make explosive devises. Devises most commonly known as improvised explosive devices. The authorities should take care that these devises are not used to spread more fear in society.

i think there is a huge difference between the two… terrorists are
trying to destabilise our country where as, the military is doing the exact
opposite and are busy in eliminating the militants. Hence, atleast i reject this theory -
