Petition against Pak Suzuki Motor Company

Pak Suzuki Motor has been spewing out vehicles in Pakistan for almost 25 years now. This post speaks out on the behalf of those people who are the victim of low quality production and highly un-user friendly approach of this plant.

The end-product a customer gets from this plant after a painfully lengthy period is simple a heap of bland garbage. For instance I recently got my Mehran Suzuki Car from a local dealer in Rawalpindi almost 2 months ago and still hasn’t been able to experience the smooth functioning of vehicle. There were many manufacturing faults in it from the outset. Major manufacturing faults were faulty hand brake, loose doors, substandard rubbers, dried up bushes, ill-fitted window glasses. The Rs. 350000+ vehicle hadn’t even got simple cheap things like mud flaps, seat covers, and other small things. Automobile mechanics themselves advice that one has to replace many parts of a new vehicle in order to get some sort of relief.

This state of affair is absolutely unacceptable. If you share the pain, frustration and humiliation, then please join hands to protest against this high-handedness of Pak Suzuki Motors Company by signing the following petition:

Suzuki Mehran is indeed the crappiest car of all but the chief reason for being the highest selling vehicle in Pakistan is its low-cost maintanance..so it’s about affordability as well as availability of spare parts that compell people to settle for less…and yeah Mehran’s AC works so well only in winter times :))))

The ONLY way to force them to improve the quality of their cars is NOT TO BUY from them. If you are so desperate to buy a new car and cannot control, then you deserve this low quality thing.

Everywhere in the world, customer is the king. In this country, the businessman is the king because it can play with your emotions.

As an example, Bird-flue or no Bird-flue, when a lot of people stop buying chicken … the prices comes to half. This is common sense.

why is pak suzuki producing cars that are substandard.and who told you that people are satisfied with pak suzuki cars.how did you manage to find out that 87.67% customers are satisfied.due to manage to extract this from the recent rise in sale of pak suzuki cars which was only because government bought suzuki cars.

I bought an Indian made (Maruti) Suzuki Swift in 2006 in Nepal, where i am working. This shape/model is now being introduced in Pakistan. It is very spacious and very good car. I would praise Indian quality control. Indian burecrates and regulators entrusted with protecting consumers don’t allow industrialist to fleece the consumers so easily.
I have driven various brand of Suzuki cars in Pakistan (Mehran, Cultus, etc). These were and are crap. In Pakistan there is no protection for consumer. In countries where there are proper legal systems and consumer protection procedures, such death traps can’t be sold and the executives of these industries would face civil and criminal charges. You always hear of cars and other equipment recalled by the factories when serious faults are discovered. Toyota is currently facing this problem. Suzuki company in Pakistan is getting away by selling crap for huge prices for a long time now.
Maybe our Supreme Court can take a suo motto notice of this.

Usually the leftside front wheel develops a fault and the wheel
drags, I have had it checked and learnt that this defect is most
with Mehrans. What is the experience of the other users ??

    Dear Mr Wahab Khan,

    URGENT HELP NEEDED!

I am seeing you only reply to selected comments regarding Quality of PakSuzuki cars. I hope you will respond to my message as it is a very genuine concern with a lot of people these days.

I went to buy Suzuki Swift this week but was shocked when all OFFICIAL PAKSUZUKI dealers were asking for “PREMIUM” for the car ranging from 40,000 to 60,000 rs. Making the price of the car jump up to above 10.5 lakh rupees. Please note that selling cars on premium (ON) is illegal. They further told me that only corporate booking is allowed and private citizens can only buy the car only by paying premium(illegal on).

If you are actually from PakSuzuki please take notice of this and help. This is very wrong and it is negatively impacting the image of PakSuzuki and leaving many customers dissatisfied.

Please do reply to my message,

    Regards,

    ==> A VERY CONCERNED CUSTOMER

***if u ignore this message I will be very sad and it will show paksuzuki does not care for its customers.
