How to win elections in India

So Narendra Modi will be the chief minister of Gujrat again (for the third time running). To those who believe that Indians are secular, this will come as a great shock. But to people like me, who know that most Indians are communal by nature, owing to the caste system, this was expected.

In fact, if you want to win elections in India, you have to prove that you are rabidly anti-Muslim. And if you have done such things as pulling down the Babri Masjid, or arranged the killing of three thousand Muslims, so much the better. No amount of education has changed the Hindu fundamentalists.

Why don’t the Americans arrange for Modi’s trial in the International Court of Justice at the Hague? Is it because India is a big market for their products and they don’t want to lose it?

So, while the Muslims of Gujrat continue to live in appalling conditions in their ghettoes, India will project itself as a champion of peace, and the rest of the world, including the Arabs, will continue to admire them. Not a single Arab state, nor Iran, will ever support the Muslims of India or Kashmir, despite knowing that Indian Muslims are in danger of extinction. The reason, of course, is that our leaders are more interested in siphoning away the nation’s wealth to Swiss banks than doing anything to save India’s Muslim minority. And you can bet that we shall always have such leaders, because we deserve them.

Mr lakhani, kem cho….Instead of admiting the simple fact that Pakistan did steal the technology in a broad daylight from Holland ( reams are written about this ) about Abdul Qadir Khan..just hit the google and find out…. I got 82100 hits …..even then you came on this Hindu n Muslim Issue?..how petty minded my friend?

Talk 2 me rationally one on one and n I promise you to clean bowled you…no LBW or Run Out….

Tell me how China did it, forget about India, ….You know what?…Russia, China, France and Japan do not have English language to perfect their sceince….Unlike Saudi and 57 Muslim countries who rely on english for sceince….how many sceintific papers have been exchanged in sceintific community in Arabic language?…How many PHDs have been granted in OIC countries?..How many OIC countries are democratic?

Come back to me on the above on rational terms instead of this Hindu Muslim Shik Please.

[Mr. Sameer, please tell us how Israel, China and India got their nuclear weapons. Surely someone gave them the formula or the technology, whether it was the U.S. or someone else]

When u say ……*surely someone gave then the formula or the technology*……. and you can not name the souce country and subsequent proof how do you substantiate your own claim as you said once again…..*surely someone gave then the formula or the technology*..who are those countries?….name them and detail them…so we can take this dialogue to the higher standards.

It may surprise you to know that I was born in Gujarat and I still have a lot of relatives there (the ones that survived Modi’s anti-Muslim pogrom). As to education, Indians are thought to be much more educated than Pakistanis, yet you have people like Sameer full of hatred and venom for Pakistanis. I have met many Indians who are like Sameer. It’s the basic fear in Hindus of northern India that Muslims will once again rule over them (like they did for a thousand years). Let me assure you, I have no hatred for Hindus. I have two very good Hindu friends and my family doctor is also a Hindu. I have no problem interacting with either Hindus, Christians or Parsis. It’s only when I come across people like Sameer that I lose control and react.

i didnt want to post a comment with name indian or mohammeden in the title to indicate the side im taking,
i ardently beleive in communal harmony.

Modi’s win dont reflect the attitide of a coutnry- tht’s for sure,

He happened to have had few storng credentials and people choose him for that, Gujrat(modi’s state)’s annual GDP contributes to around 20-30% india’s annual GDP(im not sure of the figures, i assure u it contributs a significant amount). modi has been the architect of today’s gujrat.Ratan Tata once quoted gujrat to be the best place in india for investment, i rember him saying something of this sort ” if u arent in gujrat(doing business), u are no where”
Modi has some other attributes which won him votes,
Let not his anti muslim approach take the credit for his win.

By this i dont mean to support modi,
I, personally am anti-modi. after the elecction results are out, im taken for a shock! I do admit that caste elements exist in indian elections. After all when million’s of people are involved, politicians try out all the options..dont they?!,

These opinion’s of hatred come out of our mind ‘coz we are breed to think like that. Indian’s hate Pakis for the same reason Pakis hate Indians, Indian films protray pakis are the ones infiltrating the border, creating chaos in the nation im sure paki movies protays indians to be doing the same!,
Had i been in sakhir’s place, i would also think the same about india developign an ingenious nuke!

Y are we still clinging on to these bullshit hatered to each other?
like the author wrote ‘education hasn’t changed hindu fundamentalists’..has eduacation changed u and me !?, why for no good reason are these thought’s of mutual hatred sprouting in our minds?
Let’s make the world a better place to live in..,
i mean to say y waste time on war, terror, hatred when we can enjoy love, romance and comedy!!!

Mr. Sameer, please tell us how Israel, China and India got their nuclear weapons. Surely someone gave them the formula or the technology, whether it was the U.S. or someone else. So those who assisted Israel, China and India in developing N-weapons are also guilty of proliferation. (Don’t pretend that the Indian N-program was entirely indigenous). So why are you assuming that Pakistan is the only country indulging in proliferation and should therefore hand over its nuclear assets to the U.S.? Is it because you are a Hindu and know that as long as Pakistan has nuclear weapons, it cannot be defeated militarily, and so the ancient dream of a Hindu empire stretching from Afghanistan to Indonesia cannot be realized? And what makes you think that Pakistan will easily give up its nuclear weapons if asked to do so by the U.S.? Let me tell you, as long as India has the bomb, Pakistan will never surrender its nuclear weapons. Ultimately, the foolish U.S. policy of aiding the enemies of Muslims is going to backfire and it will have to acknowledge that it made a mistake, first in helping to create the Taliban (yes, the U.S. created both the Taliban and Al-Qaeda), and then invading Iraq and Afghanistan.

How Pakistan qualifies to be a Trojan Horse in the War on Terror

    This is how:

By being the first Muslim country to have an Atom bomb and making its proclivities about the Bomb clear by naming it with its religion – The Islamic Bomb.

By proving itself to be the proliferator of Nuclear capability to other Muslim countries.

By being the country to give asylum to Al Qaeda’s Osama Bin Laden – America’s enemy number one.

Pakistan has been working against the interests of the USA since the end of the Cold war. Apart from building up the now deposed Taliban regime, it has provided Al Qaeda with its recruits from the thousands of Jihad preaching madaresahs in Pakistan.

With 9/11, this game was called off with the American ultimatum to Musharraf. With a reversal of policy, started Pakistan’s double game of making a show of supporting the US War on Terror while trying to undermine it through proliferating nuclear capability to the enemies of the USA like Iran, North Korea and Libya. Its offer of nuclear technology to Saddam’s Iraq is documented in the evidence found in Baghdad by American forces. With the option of supporting the Taliban and Al Qaeda openly, being shut down by the US ultimatum to Musharraf, the Pakistani regime started off with the other option of proliferating nuclear capability to America’s enemies.

Whatever Musharraf may say today, it is a fact that the Jihadi movement developed further under him. The Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) was founded when he was in power. The JeM was founded openly at Karachi by Masood Azhar who was released in exchange for the passengers the Indian airliner hijacked to Kandahar by the Al Qaeda in December 2000. It was during Musharraf’s regime that the Jihadis openly started collecting funds at Pakistani Petrol Pumps and other public places. The American ultimatum after 9/11 closed all this and so had to be replaced by something more sinister – nuclear proliferation was this sinister Pakistani option. Where the Musharraf regime erred was that it wanted to keep helping the Jihadis secretly while making show of supporting the USA. It was this show of support to the USA, that brought the ire of the Jihadis upon Musharraf and led to the failed assassination attempts on him. But while the world is swayed by these sensational assassination attempts on him, we would tend to overlook the more sinister and infinitely more dangerous role of the Pakistani regime of nuclear proliferation. All the protestations of 400% guarantees on part of Musharraf against Pakistani nuclear proliferation are a sham and if we believe him, we shall be bringing peril on ourselves.

Nailing Musharraf’s Nuclear Lies about Abdul Qadeer Khan

Mr. Musharraf you say “If the USA had shared with me Abdul Qadeer Khan’s activities in advance, I could have taken action and many things that happened, would not have happened.” And on the other hand you also say “I was suspecting Khan for the last three years.” So which of these statements is true? That you knew that Khan was up to something suspicious, or that since the USA did not tell you anything, you knew nothing of Khan’s activities?

And if you were already suspecting Khan for three years, how come you did not get on to Khan’s activities as we Americans did? And why did you not try to stop Khan? Now Mr. Musharraf, at least after the USA has shared with you all of Khan’s doings, what have you done about that? You have pardoned Khan, allowed him to keep his ill-gotten wealth, said that he is a National Hero. Is this what you would have done had the USA shared with you info on Khan, in advance?

Come clean Mr. Musharraf. Only after Khan threatened to reveal everything that you browbeat him to make a public confession, absolving you and others. And you have the cheek to say that the USA should have taken you into confidence, you an accomplice to nuclear proliferation! Mind you Mr. Musharraf, the USA knows your role in this and we are not nailing you and your country immediately, since we need to maintain the status quo, till our Presidential elections are through. Since we do not want a messy Pakistani campaign (in addition to the Iraqi campaign)on our hands in the few months between us and the elections

Once the elections are through, the USA will come back to you giving you another ultimatum like the one Colin Powell gave you on the 12th of September 2001, “Are you with us or with the Terrorists”. And you chickened out. You also have chickened out with the Indians on Kashmir, No longer do you call the Kashmir Jihadis as “freedom fighters”. You have a record of chickening before American pressure, after trying to pull wool over our eyes. This time we Americans will ask you “Are you giving up Pakistan’s nuclear assets to us as South Africa and Kazakstan did, or are you not?” We will not even ask you “Are you opening up your nuclear facilities for inspection”, as we (through the IAEA) have asked Iran and Libya. Since we know that Pakistan not only has nukes but successive Pakistani governments have proliferated nuclear capability to states like Iran and North Korea who are wanting to destroy our country. The Libyan dictator chickened up on seeing Saddam’s coming out of the spider-hole and he spilled the beans on Pakistan.

We have been keeping tabs on KRL (Khan Research Labs) since many years, so we know the extent of Pakistani involvement in the proliferation game. And in this game. Khan is only a mask, the real face is that of the Pakistani ruler, which happens to be you at present (we don’t know for how long though). All of your predecessors starting from Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, Zia-ul-Haq, Nawaz Sharif and now yourself have been the secret initiators of the proliferation game. And you yourself are a past-master at this game, the way you smartly organized Kargil against India. So we trust your ability to manage such secretive games.

“Pakistan is America’s next Target.” – Pervez Musharraf

You are normally on your guard about what you say. But once you had let down your guard before the American liberation of Iraq and had said that Pakistan could be the next American target. You were so prophetic, Mr. Musharraf! Yes Pakistan would be the next American target in the War on Terror, but not for now till the our Presidential elections are over. Till then you have breathing space. Try some new tricks Mr. Musharraf and see if you can save your skin before then by taking Osama Bn Laden’s advice by “transferring enough dough to Swiss banks and fleeing after handing your country to the Hindus”, before we get you or before the Jihadis get you. Only till then are we going to pretend that we have bought your act of injured innocence in the game of nuclear proliferation.

We Americans know the truth and you also know we know it. Time is running out fast for you Mr. Musharraf. Only for the time being we will play along with you to say to the world that we are satisfied at your pardon to the proliferator of nuclear terrorism, and that we consider the nuclearization of the Jihad by a Pakistani to be the internal matter of Pakistan. Don’t be nave enough to believe this Mr. Musharraf. C’mon Mr. Musharraf, we Americans don’t take the security of our Homeland that lightly!

However, I do admit that our democracy has a long way to go interms of fairness, transparency and secular. There are still ‘communal’ elements from both Hindu and Muslim side, playing dirty tricks in our elections. This is not very different from what Repubicans do with Christian groups in US!

Typical post by a anti-Indian mind. Take a look at a few lines here:
“…most Indians are communal by nature”

“if you want to win elections in India, you have to prove that you are rabidly anti-Muslim….”

These show how biased the writer is, thus dismissing any credibility he has. Does he even know that BJP lost power in the last elections? Does he even know that ‘most’ of indians elected other party candidates, not BJP?

Then again – it requires a little bit of knowledge and research. Not just the pure bias that he seems to have a lot in him!
