Get rid of Diabetes: Drink Cow Piss!

I swear I’m not making this up. Extremist Hindus are promoting cow urine as a cure for diabetes and other diseases. This is from an article in the Hindustan Times of 4th November 2006 entitled “Hindus plan cow urine drink to rival Western sodas”, emailed to me by a friend:

A hardliner Hindu organization, known for its opposition to “corrupting” Western food imports, is planning to launch a new soft drink made from cow’s urine, often seen as sacred in parts of India. The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), or National Volunteer Corps, said the bovine beverage is undergoing laboratory tests for the next 2 to 3 months but did not give a specific date for its commercial release.

The flavour is not yet known, but the RSS said the liquid produced by Hinduism’s revered holy cows is being mixed with products such as aloe vera and gooseberry to fight diseases such as diabetes and cancer. “Cow urine offers a cure for around 70 to 80 incurable diseases like diabetes. All are curable by cow urine,” Om Prakash, the head of the RSS Cow Protection Department, told Reuters by phone

This is from a country which recently claimed that it was building a ten dollar laptop, then backed out. It is also going to launch a 2000 dollar car, which will probably seat only two people and will need extensive repairs after running a thousand kilometers.

    these indian next door will never cease to amaze me…..marrying dogs to beat curses…..building rat temples…..letting cows roam about the streets….and now drinking rat piss

    if my memory serves me correctly, their welfare minister told indians to eat rats –as they make a ‘delicious snack’

    strange people…….but i guess thats what unites dalits and jatt saabs with their brahmin masters! lol

    My response: Again this just proves that you wich India to become like Pak, unstable economy, failed nation, world sees you as safe haven for terrorists.
    In India we are not forced un like Pakistan every other day there is presidention and rule… and ur Politicians are forced to go beind bar and you guys are FORCED do what your dictators want. See whats happening in Punjab… (what a pity)

    Your post : you will realize why I’m glad my parents left India in 1947 and settled in Pakistan.
    My response : well before i could realize as you said, by then Pak will be fully taken over by Taliban and you and your parents will illegaly enter India as Refuge (if you still dont turn as a terrorist and circum to US bullets) and then i wish you dont forget this Post…. 😉
    Man India is in the center stage as an emerging super power, this was admited by world, i can send you the link of UK PM and US president acknowledging this…
    Though you are also not left behing, even Pak is in the center stagemy friend, beleive me the world has acknowldged this.
    But for all the bad reasons… (most dangerouse place on earth)

    Pooja i suggest lets not respond to this guy, he is frustrated and that he is showing in form of abusive language.
    We were writting with dignity and see how he is responding.

    Shakir, you can write on India and Hindus and at the same time you ask me to worry about my country and not respond to your blog.
    Listen in India we are not ruled by dictators so we have freedom unlike you…. so dont dictate terms to me.

    I am a freequent bloger and i had interaction with many Pakistanies and they were not like you, rather they had dignity and respect and the blog was a forum to exchange thoughts without getting personal.
    I am sure there are other Pakistanies who are reading this blog and they will feel shame for having a Shakir like you as a Pakistani.

    Anyways i wil not write any further cos you dont deserve a reply and your consciouse knows that India economically, politically, in all regards is way ahead of Pakistan and this facts turns you angry and you react like this.
    You are a potential element of extremism and who knows your frustration might soon make you join LET, Alkaida, Taliban… (gosh how many terror groups you have).

    att Pooja: when my email address was printed in newspapers, I used to get emails from Indian Hindus which were full of abusive and foul language. And as far as girls getting married to dogs is concerned, if you think it isn’t true you know nothing about India. Only yesterday there was something about more child marriages taking place in India than anywhere else in the world. Do spend some of your time reading international newspapers, ma’am!

    Att Mohamad: I advise you to worry about what’s happening in your own country, where eighty percent of the people live below the poverty line (World Bank figures). Ask your leaders why they spend so much on defence and not on providing food to the poor. Try to find out why fundamentalist Hindus are killing Muslims and Christians. It won’t be long before there are no minorities left in India, and it will become very common for girls to be married to dogs!

    you have done this, you have done that bla bla bla without understanding the fact.

    1.I reiterate, India wants a stable South Asia as this is into our interest also my friend. Stable South Asia will let India focuss on in other priorities and will have less hurdles so please understand that for god sake as today we are in a global economy which is a small world.

    2. If you want a non bias debate please quote facts as either you dont know the meaning of ‘invasion’ or you are wrong with the history.

    India never invaded East Pak, it only helped the liberation of Bangladesh in the proper means by shere military power and not by supporting and funding terrorist what you are doing in Kashmir today.
    Please lets restrict ourself to a certain frame and just discuss/debate on the stability of the region rather than getting into Kashmir issue as for that we need lot of time and lot of space to write and perhaps we might end up agreeing to disagaree.

    By the above statement what are you trying to acheive other than what our politicians do : Blame Game.
    Lets act as responsible citizens and address to the problem.
    Please read my blog again and i requested you to write on the SL Cricket Team attack not to take a dig at you rather my intension was by your blog on this subject, you just codemn the attach which pass straight message to terrorist and to your govenment for the security laps.
    I to play a role of a responsible citizen i did write on variouse blogs on the failure of Indian security which lead to Mumbai attack.

    My reply to that: Tell me this if I come to Swat can i send my daughter to school? can my women folks openly talk against Taliban in public.
    Shabana Azmi and Javed Aktar must have had difficulties to have baught an house but they were never deprived of renting an house, or sending their daughter to school or stopping her to tell this fact in an interview which latter was broadcasted.
    By the way she has baught an house in Mumbai latter and it was just that she could not get it easily so get your facts right. Azim Hasham Premji is a Muslim who has baught a big stake of real estate in Mumbai for your kind information.
    Are you saying Shah ruk, Amir, Salman didnt buy a house in Mumbai? or are you saying that no muslims have baught house in Mumbai. Dont kid me my friend…

    Muslims and Hindus are equal in India and there are more muslims in India than the total Pak population.

    Please dont capitalise on one thing that Shabana said, and i am not denying what she said though its an issue which is specific to a particular city to a pariticular area so dont take points from here and there and paint India with the same brush.
    Discrimination are throughout the world which is unfortunate and lets see what the core issue and be focused to that please.

    Again if you want to act like Politicians then i have nothing to write further… But if you want to have a meaningful exchange of thoughts then feel free to blog and i will respond with my best of knowledge. As the minute that we spend should have some meaning instead of blame game which ends up no where.

    @Mr. Mohamad: India wants a stable Pakistan? you must be joking! From Day One, India has done everything in its power to destroy Pakistan. From stopping water flowing into Pakistan in 1948, occupation of J&K, Hyderabad Deccan and Junagadh, invasion of East Pakistan, and again stopping water flow of River Chenab into Pakistan, besides constructing illegally Baglihar Dam, it seems that India cannot tolerate the existence of Pakistan. Indian government told Sri Lankan Cricket Board not to send its team to Pakistan because it was scared that the series would be successful. Unfortunately our security people were not efficient, but what about your own police which could not prevent the Mumbai attacks? Why don’t you ask your government why it cannot defend your country although it spends 32 billion dollars every year on its defence? Why don’t you ask your government why they have banned Pakistani channels (although Pakistanis are allowed to watch Indian channels)? Why don’t you ask Hindus why they don’t allow Shabana Azmi to buy a house in Mumbai?

    Dear Shakir, will you please prioratise your blog on the need of our, which is to save you country from the turmoil which it is going through.

    Dont read one article and generalize that Indians are for it. In a country like India where we have more than 1 billion population there might be variouse articles. Not that everything will be implemented.

    Write blogs on the attack on SriLankan Cricketers….
    That would do justice to your country and look at the security laps guys… SriLanka trusted you and this is how you treat them… the terrorist were loitering casually on the road and taking bike and going away as if they were normal citizens…

    Look at the Commercial loss that PCB will go through and in turn it has a great impact on your cricket. All this is because most Pakistanies are not prioritizing on the real problem.

    Today Pakistan is in a considered as the most dangerouse place in the world and one of the most unstable country in South Asia (Politically, economically, morally)

    Amidst all this Nawaz Shariff and your Azif Ali Zardari are trying to score political points against each other instead of concentrating on the issue which is really bad (even Bangladesh is in a better off today guys)

    Please focus your thoughts on the core issue instead of trying to just take a dig at Indians or Hindus. I am affraid that if you dont focus on your issues a military coup is inevitable and you will remain to be as you are and my worry is that these kind of blogs is just due to shere jealousy and frustration.

    Just want to give you a pill for your todays jealousy on India…improve your standards by changing your priorities and fight agains mullahs, fundamentalists, Taliban regim in Swat and automatically you will not feel like writting like this.

    Most important follow Kuran which teaches love rather than your pitty ego which makes you compare Pak to India….
    your todays blog is shere knew jerk reaction of your frustration about your own situation… Dont worry God is there to pull you out and India will also do its part as we want a stable Pak.
