One thing that I have not been able to understand is, why are readers so miserly when it comes to appreciating the good work of a blogger? From personal to multi authored blogs, I have seen a lot of brilliant bloggers who contribute selflessly to inform others on various topics and yet readers do not show appreciation.
It takes a lot of time and effort to blog, and appreciation is the one thing that motivates a blogger to keep going. Lack of it can not only slow a blogger down but it can actually make him quit, and the reader who could not spend a few seconds doing his/her part in the comments section will probably end up wondering why.
I have seen some brilliant posts with thousands of ‘views’ but no comments. Some have only one or two. If there are more, it is because of the same people who usually comment. It is as though others don’t need to. They can selfishly continue to read of other people’s hard work without the thought of showing appreciation ever crossing their mind.
By the way, when was the last time you showed appreciation?

@Boss: Thanks, but what do you mean by them appreciating my work in a negative way
If you need to know a lot of jinns do appreciate your work (In a negative way).
They dont know how to post a comment though!
Be patient! Do your work! Why do you need appreciation? Are you doing for appreciation from people or the all-Mighty?
