Too Busy to be Busy

Henry Ford, creator of Ford Motor Company once said some golden words,”It has been my observation that most people get ahead during the time that others waste time.”

Wasting time doesn’t necessarily means that to sit and frown at un-tangible things in the far space. One may be wasting time, while keeping himself busy in a useless task. Wasting time isn’t mean to just give away time watching TV or reading third-rate thrillers. It could also be that you are reading your emails again and again, and clicking on the refresh button of inbox for the umpteenth time.

Wasting time in useless tasks only harms the productivity and life is too short to burn away watching TV and refreshing the inbox or re-reading the same blog posts over and over. This not only harms the productivity but also shortens the avenues to progress and prosperity. Rupert Murdoch, Fox CEO said,”We need to push ourselves to make as many reductions as possible in our own energy use first.. and that takes time. But we must do this quickly.. the climate will not wait for us.”

The best and smart way to utilize the life at full throttle is to be very selective and agile in picking up the tasks which are most beneficial and add true value. Its very crucial to leverage the full potential of life by becoming truly involve in whatever you do. One should always plan the task and then go about it with full might. And in between performing the task, one should evaluate it rigorously, and its very necessary to look out for the parasitic task and one should weed them out without second thought.

So the gist of the point is that dip yourself in your life but strip the useless and focus on the useful. Just don’t remain busy just for the sake of being busy.
