If a man yearns for rule of law half of each day, he is in danger of being regarded as a skeptic; but if he spends his whole day as a thinker, day in and day out, shearing off those ideas he came-up and making his head bald before time, he is an esteemed philosopher and enterprising part of the society.
We need working philosophers right now. Things are not that much rosy and cozy even if the elections are about to happen in the motherland. If PML-Q wins, then PPP and PML-N would cry foul, and if PML-N and PPP gets majority, then PML-Q and a larger part of establishment would try its best to derail the going, and would try to dissolve the assemblies in their infancy.
Elections demands from us an inevitable success, and a lasting one, because if we bung the chance this time, then things would turn very ugly. I wish to suggest that a candidate may be very evil in a given constituency, and yet is lesser evil than the other competitors in the same area then vote for him . There is no more fatal blunderer than he who in his self-righteousness and smugness do not vote. You must get your national duty fulfilled. It’s a crime to not to vote.
