Security in Swat

One thing people and the security forces must decide upon is to enforce the rule of law in any case in Swat and the restive tribal region of Pakistan, and people must understand that now this war has become their war, like it or not, and security forces have to realize that now this has become the war of minds and hearts, and they have to engage people to win any leads.

The way, in Swat; PTDC motel at Malam Jabba, schools, other government infrastructure has been demolished by the Taliban is very painful and needs to be condemned at every level and the authorities must make sure that such things never happen again, and sense of security must be re-enact in the area.

There is no chance of the immediate resumption of the tourism industry in the area, so government should render some recovery and compensation to the affected people.
