Petition against Pak Suzuki Motor Company

Pak Suzuki Motor has been spewing out vehicles in Pakistan for almost 25 years now. This post speaks out on the behalf of those people who are the victim of low quality production and highly un-user friendly approach of this plant.

The end-product a customer gets from this plant after a painfully lengthy period is simple a heap of bland garbage. For instance I recently got my Mehran Suzuki Car from a local dealer in Rawalpindi almost 2 months ago and still hasn’t been able to experience the smooth functioning of vehicle. There were many manufacturing faults in it from the outset. Major manufacturing faults were faulty hand brake, loose doors, substandard rubbers, dried up bushes, ill-fitted window glasses. The Rs. 350000+ vehicle hadn’t even got simple cheap things like mud flaps, seat covers, and other small things. Automobile mechanics themselves advice that one has to replace many parts of a new vehicle in order to get some sort of relief.

This state of affair is absolutely unacceptable. If you share the pain, frustration and humiliation, then please join hands to protest against this high-handedness of Pak Suzuki Motors Company by signing the following petition:

Suzuki Baleno , total life risk to owner and all around due to low standard RIM (stepnyof wheel ) I have purchased Suzuki Baleno Model 2004 in Dec , and it is single owner and single driven by me only, never got any accident , but on 15th April 2008 , I was on smooth drive 15 k m per hr, suddenly the RIM broken and front side wheel comes out of Vehicle , which is un beleiable and Not accptable . I called suzuki Motors main officed in Karachi to lodge complaint also I was worried for all having Suzuki , all are on risk , the person attending calls were leat bother to attend my complaint the replied this is old model and we dont take Guarantee , I was surprised this is SUZUKI MOTORS .

ALL HAVING SUZUKI SHOULD REPLACE THEIR TYRE RIMS DONT RELY ON COMPANY PROVIDED RIMS .

PAK-SUZUKI motors is the most lousiest company SUZUKI JAPAN should close it down and only introduce its japanese cars in pakistan
The dealers TAYYAB MOTORS peshawar is also the lousiest dealer i have come across in pakistan
the behavior of the staff is rude the mechanics are rude and there is no one to complain to
the sales people are stupid and rude .
thanks to the rude behavior of the sales people i bought my car from rawalpindi the staff is quite effecient in rawalpindi
so all people of peshawar buy your suzuki cars from rawalpindi
to hell with the dealers of peshawar

After reading the letters of my city fellows i also share their view about the dealers of pak-suzuki peshawar they are a bunch of crooks both TAYYAB MOTORS and SARWAR MOTORS the mechanics are crooks and so are the owners SHAME ON PAK-SUZUKI suzuki japan should check them out and they will know what we customers of peshawar are talking about please SUZUKI JAPAN take some action against these dealers who are looting the customers of suzuki japan
They sell counterfiet spare parts both TAYYAB MOTORS and SARWAR MOTORS

PAK-SUZUKI is going to do nothing about improving their quality stop crying people from peshawar because pak-suzuki is as corrupt as these official dealers of PAK-SUZUKI in peshawar

While searching suzuki on the net i came across this site and these complaints about pak-suzuki dealers in peshawar and i am also being bitten by these two dealers they both have a pathetic approach towards the customer pak-suzuki doesnt give a damn about hte customers in pakistan they only know how to increase the price of their substandard cars SHAME on pak-suzuki and never buy pak-suzuki product ever in pakistan and i know that pak-suzuki is going to do nothing as they themselves are corrupt and the guys in peshawar stop going to these dealers i.e TAYYAB MOTORS nad SARWAR MOTORS let them go to hell nothing happens even if you lodge a complaint instead find yourself a good mechanic these corrupt people are not going to improve as they say no pont in flogging a dead horse

Read the article about PAK-SUZUKI and i fully endorse your idea about the high handedness of pak-suzuki . I am also a victim of pak suzuki dealers in peshawar SARWAR MOTORS and also TAYYAB MOTORS it is not to denigrate them but to inform the concerned people in TAYYAB MOTORS and SARWAR MOTORS in peshawar and the concerned people at PAK-SUZUKI and also SUZUKI-JAPAN to take some action you can check these dealers for yourself if you come and visit them incognito and you will agree with me that their is a serious discreancy in the services they provide totally devoid of quality at the end the customer is humiliated and frustrated please pak-suzuki take some action please check these two dealers for yourself visit them and you will know what we people of peshawar are facing TAYYAB and SARWAR should themselves take some action to improve their mechanics quality and approach towards the customers

I am from peshawar and i read javed`s e-mail and i fully agree with him i guess he is not the only one being hit by the high handedness of pak-suzuki dealers in peshawar i.e TAYYAB MOTORS and SARWAR MOTORS if they dont have original equipment which is mostly that they dont have then they sell you Guard Filters at a very high price Spark Plugs are also counterfeited the mechanics dont know the basics of auotomotive systems and are rude with customers and dont return the old parts that are being repaired like brake pads actuators etc they even give false names so what to speak of warranty from bunch of corrupt people

pak suzuki motors in peshawar whether it is tayyab or it is sarwar motors which are the official dealers are giving horrible services they only know how to swindle money from the customer but their mechanics are rude and most of them dont know their job like the electricians,wheel allighnment ,and you cannot complaint against them as their is no one to listen to your problem they are swindlers
