Petition against Pak Suzuki Motor Company

Pak Suzuki Motor has been spewing out vehicles in Pakistan for almost 25 years now. This post speaks out on the behalf of those people who are the victim of low quality production and highly un-user friendly approach of this plant.

The end-product a customer gets from this plant after a painfully lengthy period is simple a heap of bland garbage. For instance I recently got my Mehran Suzuki Car from a local dealer in Rawalpindi almost 2 months ago and still hasn’t been able to experience the smooth functioning of vehicle. There were many manufacturing faults in it from the outset. Major manufacturing faults were faulty hand brake, loose doors, substandard rubbers, dried up bushes, ill-fitted window glasses. The Rs. 350000+ vehicle hadn’t even got simple cheap things like mud flaps, seat covers, and other small things. Automobile mechanics themselves advice that one has to replace many parts of a new vehicle in order to get some sort of relief.

This state of affair is absolutely unacceptable. If you share the pain, frustration and humiliation, then please join hands to protest against this high-handedness of Pak Suzuki Motors Company by signing the following petition:

    They are known for cheap cars

    But how can one say them cheap after looking at the prices

    Suzuki Cheapest car is Mehran 375,000/- Own, which is way over priced. it should be around 275,000/- to 300,000/-

    Someone from Pak Suzuki Motors(PSM) should come and experience the pain of their customers at chowrangi.

    PSM insults us by rendering such a bad quality product for our hard-earned money. They treat us just yet another third-world worthless creatures. With solidarity and awakening others, we can make them suffer as we have all suffered.

    Hammad, if one opts to follow your approach, then one should never complain about anything and go live in jungle till the world turns into utopia.

    Criticims like this thread are new to Pakistan but very good things. This shows how our nation is maturing and becoming aware of their rights.

    Companies like PakSuzuki are exploiting the people of Pakistan and the protest should carry on till they stop their nefarious approaches.

    if u dont like it , dont buy it . i cant find where its Pak-suzuki’s fault . this petetion is rubbish. why do ppl buy a mehran and then cry about it . STOP BUYING THE CAR.

    U r right bro! but quality of mehran is very low alongwith price. Believe me a 15 years old mehran with good condition gives less troubles as compare to 0 meter new one.
    And what the Japs are doing right now, they dont have any control over paksuzuki, this is insult of Suzuki Japan. In India Mehran is available with the name of Maruti 800 it has several changes EFI fuel system, rear spring coil suspension and the price is much lower than paki one. According to JD Power Suzuki ranks No.1 in india for the last 7 years, this tells the quality of suzuki vehicles in India but i dont know what they want to do here.

    And secondly not only paksuzuki is bad. Atlas Honda, Toyota Indus all are providing bad vehicles. For 4.5Lac coure please please please dont say its a good car, please check the interior plastic quality of coure its more worse than mehran. With honda city open the doors and see the stell moldings from the inner side of doors it just like a LOHAR manufactured. Chevrolet Joy also have issues on Color Quality.

    Faraz, your post reminds me of that very old cliche,

    ‘Mehnga roay aik bar, susta roay bar bar’,

    You start by buying a cheap car and end up spending too much on it, its price becomes equivalent of other somewhat decent cars.

    As far as mechanics are concerned, now thats another painful story.

    suzuki mehran is just a cheap box on wheels, any how it is viable for ppl who have a limited range, i m bot saying this bcuz i m super rich or sumthing, i myself own a 2001 mehran but reliability issues are very concerning as this BOX is not reliable in terms of power or comfort. the ppl of pakistan will have to live with this cuz our automotive sector is not that advanced to produce high quality vehicles. and they are charging too much for a mehran 0 meter VX cng with no Ac=3,45,000 outrageous!

    Guys!!! Unless the end-customer stops buying there products, suzuki wont change its attitude towards quality and pricing.
    We have to pull Pak Suzuki to an economic death.
    Lancer in Pak market has done great to get a good market share off Honda and Liana thats why they are offering discounts and rewards.
    and please stop talking abt resale, it is not everything.
