Libyan Rebels building DIY weapons in Misrata

This video from Al Jazeera shows Libyan Rebels in Misrata building weapons using scrap materials, toys and gadgets. While this seems to be a DIY initiative taken by the civilians, support from “foreign experts” can not be ruled out.
