Impeachment Time Frame

Pakistan Muslim League-N leader Makhdoom Javed Hashmi has said that at least he wouldn’t be joining the federal cabinet even after the impeachment of General (r) Pervez Musharraf, and he would only come to the government setup, only if the deposed chief justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhary is reinstated according to the Murree Declaration.

All the deposed judges should have been reinstated with the announcement of their release as ordered by the Prime Minister on March 24. The current judges must go home, if not punished by kowtowing to the dictator. Nation wants change, and they want to see a change in the judiciary, and they want their just justice back.

Both PML-N and PPP must also give time frame for the restoration of the judges and the for the impeachment of the former general and they should make it crystal clear to avoid any confusion and to save themselves from the bitter experiences of the past, and they must abide by their words.

All Parliamentarians will have to vote against President Musharraf for the supremacy of the parliament. Time for PML-Q to wash its sins.

Mush will try his best to remain in power, but even if the impeachment motion doesn’t succeed, the judges can be restored and they will rule that he’s an illegal president.

hehehe…woohoo…Impeachment of president Musharraf… another drama of our beloved politicians, neither he will go nor judges will be restored, they are just trying to divert the attention of masses from the real and basic problems rather crises in the country.
