Black Magic does not affect only Sinners

There seems to be a widespread belief among Muslims that black magic only affects sinners. This is not true. Black magic can affect anyone. I have personally seen some very religious people being affected by black magic. Even Tablighees get affected by black magic. If a Tablighee and his family members can get affected, anyone can get affected.

If black magic only affected sinners, the first people to have been affected would have been politicians, murderers, rapists etc.

Some people go to black magic victims and tell them to do astaghfar because the magic could have been a result of his/her sins. The only people who need to do astaghfar are those who suggest it to black magic victims.

It is true that a religious person will be able to keep the effects of magic under control whereas it will affect a non religious person more, but black magic will affect both, and create misery in both people’s lives.

Prophet Mohammad (S.A.W.) was also affected by black magic. So much for black magic only affects sinners.

I read your comment quickly and missed this part. I actually had to read it again to believe it. You sound like a HYPOCRITE. Have you taken a look at your own comments?

@Momina: Do you think that the Taliban were correct in forcing Islam? Are you saying that they were correct in beating women because they did not wear a burka? And beating others for other religion related stuff. Islam is meant to be preached, not forced. Prophet Mohammad (S.A.W.) never forced anyone to do anything.

    >but you know what, your telepathetic wire connections are not fixed properly.

It’s telepathic, but I like your humour 🙂

On the point of Zakir Naik, yes, he’s a Daee, just like you, but both of you spread the truth mixed with wahhabi nonsense. Do you know that he has stated that schools of fiqh are not meant to be followed, along with other wahhabi nonsense such as talking against the usage of Taweez.

It isn’t my ego that is hurt. With all due respect, you are a brainwashed wahhabi, mixing the truth with wahhabi nonsense, misleading people in the process.

I’m sorry I am not aware of Tablighees not paying attention to hygeine or creating new Hadith. Do enlighten me on the subject.

@MY: Tableeghis narrate certain ‘ahadeeth’ that cannot be found anywhere in any of the hadeeth books. this is not a new practice. the compilation of the ahadeeth began because of this and similar problems.

another thing is that they say if you go on the path of Allah you needn’t care about hygiene etc because nothing can harm you in the way of Allah. Of course doing any work in the way of Allah SWT has a lot of blessings in it. But hygiene is a major part of Islam.

@SL: Yes i have heard of such people but i don’t think you read my comment properly. i said those who are aware of Islam, aware of Allah they do not turn into psychopaths, insha’Allah. In short, a God-fearing person, a person who has taqwa. Such a person, insha’Allah, will not commit any pathetic act. I don’t feel this has much connection with the presence of one of the parent. Of course, both parents have a great influence and effect on a child’s upbringing but there are people who don’t have one or the other parent. They all haven’t turned psychos.

On other thing that i said was that the first duty of a Muslim is towards his/her family. Then the rest. If one leaves their family in a lurch and goes exploring is committing a grave sin.

@MY: Zakir Naik is a trained Da’ee, that’s it. He has no other Islamic qualification.

: ) hmm…wow…isn’t this amazing! you know so much about me!! but you know what, your telepathetic wire connections are not fixed properly.

First of all, i do not understand the problem people have with the Unitarians, the so-called Wahhabis.

It was the grave-worshippers who had a major problem with them. I do not know much about their new fatwas…is this mesyar thing their work?…i don’t know…and if so i have already declared my disgust of all lewd stuff.

I really respect Imam Muhammad Ibn Abdul Wahhab. I am a Hanafi, my whole clan is a Hanafi. However, I do not think any of the other learned Imams were wrong and i really respect them.

Maybe I should give you a certificate attesting my beliefs as every now and then when you suffer from a hurt ego you raise the question of what i believe in religiously.

The ego is hurt because we have a difference in opinion in certain matters and you do not want to accept if there are any hadith collaborating the facts.

As for Taliban in Afghanistan…they were ruling over Afghanistan. They implemented the Shari’ah Law. Everything, therefore, was going according to the Shari’ah. No Sikh or Parsi was forced to follow Islam in Afghanistan. Why does it pain you what they did in their country. No one has any problem with a secular country. It is their choice. Then why are questions raised about a country that follows Islam?

There is no forceful conversion to Islam in Islam and i believe in that. I believe in all that my Lord has told us to believe and follow. Bas Khalaas!

I have no further wish to answer the questions a person who has no idea of the most basic of manners. It is very easy to be impolite. Try being polite. It surely is a tough but most respectable behaviour.

Mr Lakhani, you are correct on both points. A lot of Mullahs and Tablighees are ruining the name of Tableegh and Islam. While Tablighees treat their wives like trash, Mullahs are busy beating students like animals in madrassas.

Then we have doctors (like Zakir Naik) who pretend to be scholars and brainwash people with wahhabism.

Then we have hardcore wahhabis, who know nothing about black magic and set out to preach. People like Momina and this wierdo named Muhammed who occasionally visits this blog are a result.

I would love to know Momina’s view on Taliban, and that if it is correct to force people to follow Islam. A lot of Tablighees supported the bastard Taliban during their rule.

You have to be mentally depressed to leave your wife and children for many months. Far from being cured, this thing becomes an obsession. I know a man who came home from one foreign tableeghi tour to deposit his luggage, heard that his new-born son had died, and without saying anything to his wife, left for Raiwind. You call this kind of behaviour Islamic?

  6. Shakir Lakhani Avatar

@ Momina: you mean you haven’t heard of mullahs raping young boys and girls (like Christian priests do)? You consider such people normal?

  7. Mohammad Yusha Avatar

Momina: What do Tablighees do that are not in accordance with Islam?

Mr. Lakhani: On the contrary, Tableegh has cured a lot of people’s depression

  8. Momina Avatar

@Shakir Lakhani: lol…no i do not think they suffer from depression. Thy are more interested in earning the goods of the Hereafter.

Of course, our first duty is to take care of our families and then help the world. But the families of most of the tableeghis themselves participate in tableegh and encourage their husbands, sons, etc.

There are certain things that the Tableeghi Juma’at does that are not in accordance with Islam. Islam is Haque. Even if one’s intention is good (spreading the word of Allah SWT), one should not create new ahadith and so on.

Another thing, those who are aware of Islam, of Allah SWT, they do not turn into psychopaths, insha’Allah : ). It is usually those who are away from Islam who end up in asylums or running on the streets.

All those who join the Tableeghi Jamaat suffer from depression, that’s why they suddenly leave their wives and children and go on long tours with other loonies to the backward areas to preach their version of Islam. They don’t realize that their children are in danger of turning into psychopaths if they don’t see their fathers for many months at a time.

Muhammad s.a.w.w. was affected by black magic but that was before the revelation of the Mu’awwi’dhatayn (Surah Naas and Surah Al Falaq). Before the revelation of these two surahs the Prophet s.a.w.w. even used incantations that the Arabs used before the advent of Islam. Only those incantations were chosen by him s.a.w.w. that had no element of shirk in it. But after the revelation he stopped all.

Black Magic affects all, true. But those who take precaution against any danger are saved from it. This can be verified from any ‘Aalim.

As for tableeghis, they are/might be very religious. They want Jannah that is for sure but many of their tactics cannot be approved. anyway, Allah SWT knows the best. Nevertheless, I am sure tableeghis cannot be the best example of the best practising Muslims.

    About the Mu’awwi’dhatayn:

In his Sahih, Muslim recorded on the authority of `Uqbah bin `Amir that the Messenger of Allah said, ‘Do you not see that there have been Ayat revealed to me tonight the like of which has not been seen before. They are:

    Say: “I seek refuge with, the Lord of Al-Falaq.”(Surah Al Falaq : 1) and;

Say: “I seek refuge with the Lord of mankind.” (Surah Naas :1)

    Also:

Imam Ahmad recorded from `Uqbah bin `Amir that he said, “While I was leading the Messenger of Allah along one of these paths he said, “O `Uqbah! Will you not ride.”

I was afraid that this might be considered an act of disobedience. So the Messenger of Allah got down and I rode for a while. Then he rode.
Then he said, “O `Uqbah! Should I not teach you two Surahs that are of the best two Surahs that the people recite.”

I said, “Of course, O Messenger of Allah.”

So he taught me to recite: “Say: “I seek refuge with the Lord of Al-Falaq.” (Surah Al Falaq : 1) and; “Say: “I seek refuge with the Lord of mankind.” (Surah Naas : 1)

Then the call was given to begin the prayer and the Messenger of Allah went forward (to lead the people), and he recited them in the prayer.

Afterwards he passed by me and said, “What do you think, O `Uqayb, recite these two Surahs whenever you go to sleep and whenever you get up.”

    Allaho ‘Aalam
