Petition against Pak Suzuki Motor Company

Pak Suzuki Motor has been spewing out vehicles in Pakistan for almost 25 years now. This post speaks out on the behalf of those people who are the victim of low quality production and highly un-user friendly approach of this plant.

The end-product a customer gets from this plant after a painfully lengthy period is simple a heap of bland garbage. For instance I recently got my Mehran Suzuki Car from a local dealer in Rawalpindi almost 2 months ago and still hasn’t been able to experience the smooth functioning of vehicle. There were many manufacturing faults in it from the outset. Major manufacturing faults were faulty hand brake, loose doors, substandard rubbers, dried up bushes, ill-fitted window glasses. The Rs. 350000+ vehicle hadn’t even got simple cheap things like mud flaps, seat covers, and other small things. Automobile mechanics themselves advice that one has to replace many parts of a new vehicle in order to get some sort of relief.

This state of affair is absolutely unacceptable. If you share the pain, frustration and humiliation, then please join hands to protest against this high-handedness of Pak Suzuki Motors Company by signing the following petition:

Petition against Pak Suzuki Motor Company

I don’t understand the point of this petition. Even my cat knows that Suzuki is a piece of junk and would never buy it. Admit it, everyone who buys a Suzuki does so because its cheap to maintain and has a good resale value.

If everyone is so much against Suzuki, than why buy it on the first place!

    Aaah,
Finally our New Suzuki bolan arrived after almost 3 months. Due to the big family we bought it. Recently we have sold our 1996 same model and booked the new one.

I don’t think there is any department at Pak Suzuki in the name of QC, if there is, he might be blind. The interior quality of dash board is pathetic, the plastic seems as it was of very low grade. The rubber quality inside was terrible. From the out side at some corners it seems the painter painted it with his fingers.

Pak Suzuki please don’t produce quantity, do emphasize on QUALITY first. Do train the workers as it seems they are Unskilled.

    Regards,

    Unsatisfied Customer of Pak Suzuki.

the suzuki service dealers are a nuisance
what they only know is making money out of
    the customers
their rates are very high whereas the quality
of service and the quality of over all dealing
is that of a third class company.

    crying soul

I purchased ALTO 2006 by paying own Rs 40000 and car was handed over to me in 30 minutes for which I have spent 40 days to get confirm booking from dealers in Rawalpindi / Islamabad. The quality is that the carpet gets wet in rains how water comes in a new car, Amazing isn’t it.

    Mr Obaid,

PSM dealers are involved in ‘OWN’ due to delivery time schedules of PSM. They welcome money and remove foot mats and other accessories from new cars, will they forward complaints to PSM?

Interests of our leaders are involed with motor assemblers in Pakistan. we all have heard about the announcement of importing used cars but then it stops when our leaders get kickbacks from local assemblers. Interest of our leaders is much precious that voice of citizens that is the style of govt in Pakistan. Raising voice is good but seams useless in current era.

Agreed with the writer about quality of PSM.
