   Black magic and evil in the world is not a myth. Un warranted referrals to magic for all ills is surely ridiculous. I hope you understand what assertions I have tried to make here.

   I will take the liberty to just put things in order so that people are not misinformed after reading this blog.

   The Taleban’s rule in Afganistan have been recorded as the most calm and peaceful period in the gory history of that country, It was them who stopped poppy growth (and maintained the complete control over miscreants and smugglers) during their regime. The life and property of people was safe as it was guaranteed by governor of province or a Qazi (Islamic Juridprudence) who were scattered all over the ruling provinces. The occupied forces to date have failed to control poppy growth and/ or dilapidated law and order situation since they are not interested in these things. Please check and verify this information from relevant sourcres for your own satisfaction.

   Kindly overlook my indulgence into another topic where Gen sb has opined that revenue through alcohol is fine. I think its a very “mustanid Hadees” with content being that Allah SW will curse people who engage themselves in farming, manufacturing, marketing and drinking (all trades concerning )of alcohol.

   If ever you want to earn money from alcohol tax the millions of bottles imported into the country. I think it should be tagged as luxury item with 1000% more tax. since it is consumed by the elites and they can easily pay for their nasty hobby.

   My reply: Regardless of what i did and did not do, I will no longer waste my time with you on religious matters. I have noticed that I am not the only one with objections to you lack of tolerance. Lets leave it there.

   My reply: Keep laughing my son. Because I remain firm on my stance. Black magic is a myth. People like you take things so literally. How do you ‘’black magic’’ is not just a reference to FATE. If you tell lies, you are stealing people’s right to the truth. Bad luck will probably ensue. If you harm yourself and harm others, you will likely deteriorate in a physical and mental sense. Black magic doesnt exist. It’s just an excuse you people are using because you like to blame something rather than take responsibility for your own doings.

   The Quran also said you can marry 1,2,3, or many wives (as long as you treat them equally). It is close to impossible to treat many wives equally –therefore it is best to stick to one wife whom you will love. My whole point is that you should appreciate the overall message of the Quran and WHY it was written. Dont be such a slave that you wont ask questions as to WHY something was written. There are reasons for everything.

   Black magic is a myth.

   My reply: Absolutely 100% i said that. And i am proud and not ashamed of saying that. Did i say anywhere that Muslims should be the ones CONSUMING the alcohol??? No i did not. I am 100% for Pakistan to be a chief exporter of alcohol because it is a source of good revenue.

   I have no problem with non-Muslims from foreign countries (or even non-Muslims inside Pakistan) consuming alcohol. That is their own business. Pakistan needs to start taking advantage of her rich resources. Supply equals demand. We have the means to do something to create jobs and improve economy and foreign reserves, so i have no problem whatsoever.

   Of course you would start making noises because you think the whole world must abide by your principles. Alcohol is haram in Islam and I know WHY it is haram. Therefore I wont use it. But if others want to use it (and if we have the means to foster to others’ demands) then this business prospect has my blessing and my support.

   Kind of interesting that you would be so vociferous on this subject –considering you support the Tehree-e-Taliban movement (which is known to get its revenue from poppy production…how ironic!!)

   My reply: Allah SWT is my first and last judge. You are in no position to be judging me or others. I have already in past posts exposed your hypocrisy many many a time! Keep them coming Yusha Pasha =-)

   Kashif — I remain un-convinced. Black magic is a load of crap. Somebody who is failing their studies and getting fat or losing hair is not under spell of black magic. That is bullshit. They are just lazy, unhealthy lifestyle and bad hygiene (hiding behind this myth of black magic

   Yusha — Why do you always have to bring religion into everything??

   I didnt ”spend so long” convincing you about Shiia….that was one thread. And whether i spent 5 hours or 5 seconds –it wouldnt make a difference. I dont expect (or feel the need) to tell you why Shiia are or are not Muslims. But we follow the Quran, believe in Mohammad PBUH as messenger and follow the tenets of Islam.

   Your problem with Shiia is your own problem. I actually feel sorry that you feel the need to discriminate against others who dont agree with you. Allah is and always will be first and last judge.

   Thank God Musharraf crushed all these sectarian extremist groups, and now they are voiceless.

   Anyone in Pakistan –whether they are Christian or Jew or Muslim (Sunni, Shiia, Ismaeli, Sufi) —-they are all my brothers. I use my deen to make me spiritual and have faith in God and faith in our system of beliefs (black magic NOT being one of them).

   I never let my lovely Islam turn me into racist or intolerant person –the way some people have used Islam (such as taleban)

   but lets not get off topic……..oh wait never mind. This topic is stupid to begin with.

   @ Kashif H: I have read most of your comments at Chowrangi and I must say I have been very impressed. The only thing I fail to understand is why you haven’t become an author yet.

   @ Ayub: Why did you spend so long trying to convince me that shias are muslims and that they believe in the Quran?

   @ iloveamma: I’m sorry I went a little over the top but I disagree when you said that you were looking for an educated conversation. Educated or not, how does one have a conversation when the other person ignores your questons after you spend an enormous amount of time answering theirs. My frustration was due to the fact that you actually asked everything you wanted to know and yet, when I started asking questions you dissapeared. You called yourself a religious scholar in one of your comments in my other post and I must asked, with all due respect, what kind of a religious scholar fails to answer even the most basic questions. In fact, any question. After you dissapeared I went over the top because I knew that would make you reply, and it did, but only with “It would be better if we end our conversation”. First you dissapear and then you come back making an excuse for not answering my questions by saying you were looking for an “educated” conversation. Remember, before you decided to dissapear to avoid answering my questions we were actually,in fact, having an “educated” conversation.” It was only after you dissapeared that I went over the top realising how you had used me to get answers to your questions.

   Confidence and self reliance doesnt mean that you stop believing in occult. This would only mean that you are blocking a very real part of life. The nations before us, the pharoahs and the demoniac cuolts, human sacrifing alters etc etc werent stupid or superstitious and here we have bunch of smarties “who know it all”

   The only “base” things in how we interpret it is that we blow it out of proportions. By doing this we “shadow” our masochistic desires and want relief from external sources like a guru or pir or a mantra when we can deal with it ourselves. Faith is enough. The recommendations made here also are for enhancement of faith and belief in Allah SW.

   If you dont believe in dark how can you believe in light? if you think by switching on an electric bulb its day 24hrs how would you know the difference between day and night? to know Allah you should FIRST know yourself (first) and then the opposition, the tyranny, the psychopaths in us and among us.

   I think its a long debate. I would say that evil and dark forces and likes throughout the history have been used to exploit innocent humans or ignorant ones. An ordinary human being can wardoff evil with the power of his own being compunded with faith. In today’s wolrd masses are just being blackmailed by so called witch doctors and spiritual; healers. Normally they are a little above average people who listen closely to your miseries and take it where ever they want, Usually to some $$$ or other material gains. If one is lucky the person found would only insist on faith. Well if this is what it ultimately ends why not have it without going through that trauma.

   However, it doesnt mean that its all so simple by saying noo it dont exist or people talking about it are suffering from collective dellusion. (Well usually the same people utter the like about religion as well). I only wish it was like that. And if it were, we would have been living in heaven not mortal, earthly life.

   It must have been the shock-therapy.

   I mean it really goes down to introspection, reasoning, and being rational thinker. We Pakistanis have this very bad habit of blaming other things/events/people on our own problems and miseries.

   Be a man! Confront your issues face to goddam face. This is the only solution to overcome difficult times.

   It is very easy to moan and groan and cry and whine (especially on the net). I am fed up of this trend of learned-helplessness.

   Help yourself because nobody out there can help you if you dont help yourself first. Have 100% faith and confidence in yourself. This is the real thing that would please Allah SWT –rather than believing in this bullshit myth ‘black magic shmagic
