Third Ramzan, an Islamic year has passed since the disasterous earthquake. A year since I last saw my nation united for one cause – to serve the affected brothers of theirs.
“The earthquake was a major seismic event of the Himalaya recording a magnitude of 7.6 on the Richter scale. The tremors were felt up to a distance of 1000 km from the epicentre and the damage extended in a radius of around 140 km.”
Thousands dead and hundreds missing till date.Many valleys are no more found on the map of our beloved country, Pakistan. Traumatised patients with a huge number of our new generation affected both physically and mentally.
May Allah grant them a place in heaven and give patience to the survivors. Amen!
